Since our products are made on demand (after you place an order) to reduce overproduction and waste, our shipping and delivery times may take slightly longer than conventional retailers.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Return

Items must be in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Send an email to info@erdualityapparel.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation of which product(s) you wish to return and the reason.
2. Receive Instructions: We will respond quickly with detailed instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) if necessary.
3. Mail the Item: Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package.

Return Shipping Costs

• Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
• Customer Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will need to take the package to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within approximately four weeks (28 days) of giving your package to the return shipper.

This timeframe includes:

• Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return.
• Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days for us to process and inspect your return once received.
• Bank Processing: 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process our refund request and post the credit to your account.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

Please make arrangements accordingly if you plan on shipping orders outside of the United States.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items may be prohibited from shipping to certain international destinations.

We use a **flat-rate shipping** structure based on your market area (Domestic vs. International) to simplify checkout and provide transparent pricing.
